The location was lovely. The views from the hotel were AMAZING!!! The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items, offering something for everyone.
The water quality was not good. The bath water was discolored. Drink orders at the bar were slow. It took twenty minutes for drinks to arrive. Some bath products were not available at the bathtub. Products were only in the shower.

I found the shower setup in my beautiful twin room quite old fashioned. i had to straddle the bath to use it. the fluctuating water temperature was also a problem. It went from very hot to freezing in seconds!!!

it was so beautiful. the staff were really nice too. liam looked after us in the restaurant and was an absolute gentleman.
The shower door leaked water onto the tiles. It was a very small issue.

My partner and i had a very relaxing stay. the reception staff were very cute. They gave us plenty of helpful information! our beautiful suite had beautiful views from the balcony. the spa offered a very private experience. staff were very attentive from the start.
the hotel is lovely! but the lack of a swimming pool was noticeable.

Mixed Experience. Some Issues Encountered.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
I found someone else's underwear in the drawers. The toilet overfilled all night. I had to listen to that. Carpets also had tissues behind the bed. This was not acceptable
